An opportunity to VOLUNTEER on Saturday, October 1st:
Please join me and my co-workers pack meals that will be sent to starving children in Africa.
It’s impossible not to be moved by the images of starving children featured daily in newspapers and magazines. Draftfcb is offering us a chance to help some of these kids. If you can spare just two hours of your time, you can make a big difference.
On Saturday, Oct. 1, we will meet at Basketball City in downtown Manhattan and pack meals that will be sent to Africa. We are teaming with Feed My Starving Children (http://www.fmsc.org/), a hunger relief charity, to distribute nutritionally complete meals to those in need. The Draftfcb family, in conjunction with the Health and Humanitarian Aid Foundation (http://www.hhafonline.org/), will pack 200,000 meals.
Before something diverts your attention, please click the link below and sign up.
Can’t wait to see you all. Kids are welcome to participate but must be 6 or older. I am registered for the 11:30am to 1:30pm shift, but feel free to sign up for any shift that is convenient for you.
Much thanks,
evie
